Vinyasa Yoga: An invigorating yoga practice which synchronizes breath and motion to foster a deeper mind-body connection. Flowing sequences of postures and ujjayi pranayama purify and balance body, mind, and spirit. Yoga experience is helpful, but not required - poses can be adapted for different levels of ability. Level of intensity: moderate to high. Hatha Yoga: A moderately paced class that focuses on both strength and openess. Expand your understanding of alignment, explore the relationship between body, breath and heart. Level of intensity: moderate. Prenatal Yoga: Throughout pregnancy, your body experiences tremendous physiological and emotional changes. This class is designed to meet your needs during this extraordinary time. Prenatal Yoga calms the mind and replenishes the spirit, all while stretching and strengthening the body. Each class closes with deep relaxation - because mamas need nurturing, too!
